Any viverrine mammal of the genus Prionodon, inhabiting the
East Indies and Southern Asia. The common East Indian linsang

(Ionidium Ipecacuanha), the bastard or wild ipecac
(Asclepias Curassavica), and the undulated ipecac
(Richardsonia scabra).
